The Candidates page is your central place for searching, filtering, and managing candidate profiles.

Use search and filters to quickly find the right candidates in your database.

Search Candidates

Open the Candidates page and use the search bar at the top of the page.

You can search by:

• Candidate name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Certificate names
• Vessel types
• Experience
• Other information extracted from candidate documents

Results update automatically based on your search criteria.

Filter Candidates

Use filters to narrow down your results.

Available filters may include:

• Job post
• Match to job (soon...)
• Nationality
• Country of recidense
• Rank
• STCW certificates
• Pipeline Stage
• Tags (soon...)

Multiple filters can be combined to create more precise searches.

Save Filters

If you frequently use the same filter combination, click Save Filter.

Saved filters allow you to:

• Quickly access common searches
• Standardize searches across your team
• Avoid rebuilding filters every time

Saved filters are available from the filter dropdown menu.

Active and Recently Deleted Candidates

The Candidates page includes two tabs:

Active

Displays all active candidates in your database.

Recently Deleted

Displays candidates that have been deleted but are still available for recovery for a limited time before permanent removal.

Review Candidate Profiles

Click any candidate to open their profile.

From the candidate profile you can:

• View documents and certificates
• Review experience history
• Check applications
• See pipeline activity
• Manage candidate tags (soon...)

Tags help organize candidates across your database.

You can:

• Assign tags to candidates
• Filter candidates by tags
• Use tags to build candidate pools for future opportunities

For the best results:

• Use filters together with search keywords
• Save frequently used filter combinations
• Use tags to organize talent pools
• Regularly review Recently Deleted candidates before they are permanently removed
